Day 10: End to Tour, Back to Rome
The tour ended at breakfast where some of our group had already left. Patricia helped us get tickets on Italo to make our way back to Rome. While we couldn't get a room back in Dharma Hotel, we had another that was just as good and close to a lot of the action. This was our time to rest right before taking off.
From Florence to Rome
I have to say, traveling by train was so relaxing. We didn't have to rush for anything and just sat for the entire time. It is definitely an experience we recommend for anyone wanting to go from one city to another. Fast and easy to travel in. Plus there's air conditioning and Wi-Fi in there!
One More Cooking Class
We decided to take the final day easy. Since we missed out on making the tiramisu earlier, we opted to try a pizza making class where we'd also learn how to make tiramisu too. Thankfully, our new hotel was very close to the restaurant where we'd learn everything. We took our walk over there and it turns out we were the only ones taking that class (everyone else was there to learn how to make pasta). So we got some extra attention learning how to make everything! It was a great time in general and we ended up with lots of recipes to try at home.
