The Return Home
Per the hotel staff, we ended up leaving early to get our flight. Surprisingly, it didn't take us too long to get to the airport or to get through security. Maybe we ended up going a little earlier than intended.
Leaving Rome
Sadly, we didn't get to spend too much time before we left. The airport was where we did some last minute shopping and resting. We did run into two other members from our tour who were heading back that same day though on different flights.

Our Favorite Things
On the flight, we contemplated on what we enjoyed the most about this trip. For one, we loved the food. That was a big reason we came. We wanted to try all the pasta, pizza, and dessert we could come across. Another reason we came was to explore the history and art. We both learned a lot about it at school so to see it in person was a treat. It's hard to say what part was our favorite but we know one thing: it won't be the last time we go to Italy!
