Day 9: Florence & End of Tour
This was our final day in Florence as well as the final day of the tour. Here, we took time to enjoy the art with our group and local guides. We also got time to walk around and buy some things to bring back to family and friends.
Uffizi Gallery
Our last day with our tour was to go around the Uffizi Gallery. Here, there are many works by the Renaissance masters including Boticelli's Birth of Venus. We broke up into two groups with local guides to go around the gallery. Definitely the place to be if you're interested in art!

After we finished up with the gallery, it was shopping time for us! Being close to a lot of popular fashion brands, it was a great place to spend a few hours walking around.
The Last Night
For the final supper, we all gathered together where most of the group had the Florentine steak at a local restaurant (Cithara got a souffle). During this time, we exchanged numbers and emails as most of us would leaving soon. However, Arin and Cithara still have one more day to spend in Italy.
